Powwa Cacao (1 lb)

CA$50.00
sold out

Lightly toasted, this block of cacao has been received as bean from our partner family farms, where it’s sun-dried & fermented. The beans are then transported to our local women’s collective on the shores of Lake Atitlán, Guatemala to be fire-toasted, hand-peeled and pressed to a fine paste.

~ Weight: 1 lb (454 g) This serves 12-16

~ Product from Guatemala. Uncertifiably Organic, grown with love and care for Ceremony

~ Ingredients: Pure organic Cacao Paste (Theobroma cacao). Cacao Paste is different from Cacao Nibs as the Cacao beans have been fire-toasted and pressed into a paste. Cacao Powder as been processed a step further as the Cacao butter gets removed, so using Cacao Powder will not give you the same test or texture that Cacao Paste does.

~ Naturally gluten-free and vegan
